When you are experiencing an issue with one of our titles on Steam/PC, your save files can be valuable for us to identify you issue and provide us information about your system configuration.
To obtain a copy of your save data,
* Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer
* Open the 'Documents' folder
* Locate the 'My Games' folder and open it
* Right click the folder for the game you are running, such as 'Ashes' for Ashes Cricket, or 'AO Tennis' for AO International Tennis
* Highlight 'Send To' and then select 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
* When creating a support ticket, select the 'Attach a file' option, and select the zip file you created in the previous step and click Open
