If you're playing on PC and are encountering errors while playing one of our games, the following steps may assist in troubleshooting your issue.

1) Restart your PC:

* Try restarting your computer from the start menu and see if the problem still occurs the next time you play the game

2) Validate Game Cache:

* Open Steam

* From the Library section, right-click on the game you are having problems with and select Properties from the menu.

* Select the 'Local Files' tab and click the 'Verify integrity of game files' button.

* Steam will then check your game files, and re-download any that are corrupt or missing

3)Launching the game without save data:

Method 1

* Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer

* Open the 'Documents' folder

* Locate the 'My Games' folder and open it

* Locate the folder for the game you are running, and rename the folder (such as putting an underscore in front of it)

* Launch the game

If you cannot find your game folder in the first location try method 2

Method 2

* Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer

* Open the Users\<Your User>\Saved Games\ Folder

* Locate the folder for the game you are running, and rename the folder (such as putting an underscore in front of it)

* Launch the game

4) Use a different Windows account:

* Follow the guide here to create a new local user account on your PC

* Sign out of your profile and log in with the newly created account

* Launch Steam, and sign in with your existing Steam account

* Launch the game

If you are still experiencing the issues after trying the steps above, contact support with as much information as you have regarding when the problem occurs.
