Xbox Troubleshooting Guide

If you're playing on Xbox One and are encountering errors while playing one of our games, the following steps may assist in troubleshooting your issue.

1) Restart your console:
* Turn off your console and then turn it back on.

2) Ensure you are running the latest version of the game:
* Go to the Xbox home screen.
* Highlight the game you're playing and press the Menu buttonon the controller 

* Select "Manage game & add-ons"

* Select "Updates" and ensure the list is empty

3) Ensure your Xbox One system software is up to date:

* Press the Xbox button

* Press the Right button on the D-Pad three times to reach the 'System' menu

* Select 'Settings' and then 'System'

* Select 'Updates & downloads'

* Install any update if available

4) Clear your Xbox One cache:

* Press the Xbox button

* Press the Right button on the D-Pad three times to reach the 'System' menu

* Select "Turn off Console" and then "Turn Off"

* Wait for the light on the console/power brick to stop blinking

* Unplug the power cable/brick

* Wait 1-2 minutes

* Plug the power cable back in and turn the console on

Please be as detailed as possible - tell us where you're having the problem, in what game mode, and whether it's something that occurs elsewhere in the game too. The more detail you can provide, the easier it will be for us to narrow down the problem.
