PS4 Troubleshooting Guide

If you're playing on PlayStation 4 and are encountering errors while playing one of our games, the following steps may assist in troubleshooting your issue.

1) Restart your console:
* Turn off your console and then turn it back on.

2) Ensure you are running the latest version of the game:
* Go to the PlayStation home screen.
* Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
* Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.

3) Ensure your PS4's system software is up to date:
* Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
* Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
* Reboot your PlayStation 4.

4) Clear your PS4's cache:

* Go to the PlayStation home screen.

* Select "Power" and then "Power Options

* Select "Turn Off PS4"

* Wait for the light on top of the console to stop blinking

* Unplug the power cable

* Wait 2-3 minutes

* Plug the power cable back in and turn the console on

Please be detailed and tell us where you're experiencing the issue with the game, how frequently that issue occurs, and whether you're having the issue in all game modes, or just the one you're trying to play at the time.
